Application
It is widely used in urban sewage treatment plants, water plants, and power plant water inlets to automatically intercept and remove floating objects in the water to ensure the normal operation of downstream processes. It can also be used for solid-liquid separation in textiles, printing and dyeing, coating, leather making, paper making, sugar making, wine making, and food processing.
Features
1. The grid of the rotary rake bar sccreen is located in the middle of the tooth rake traction chain. This changes the direction of movement of the tooth rake when fishing, thus preventing hard objects from entering the bottom and causing the tooth rake and traction chain to get stuck.
2. An overload safety protection device is installed on the sprocket plate at the output shaft end of the reducer to avoid damage to the equipment due to accidental overload surface.
3. Since the rotary chain of the bar screen is equipped with multiple rakes with cleaning teeth, the cleaning efficiency is high and the cleaning is thorough.
4. Compact structure, simple electrical control, easy to realize automation.
