Introduction

The water flow generated by the submersible pump passes through the nozzle to form a high-speed water flow. A negative pressure is created around the nozzle to suck in air. After mixing with the water flow in the mixing chamber, a water and gas mixed flow is generated in the trumpet-shaped diffusion tube and sprayed out at high speed. The water flow carrying many bubbles is swirled and mixed in a large and deep water area to complete aeration. And its shaft power does not change according to variaty of the submersion depth. The air intake volume can be adjusted. Therefore, the jet aerator can be used in tanks with large water level changes.


Working condition

The deep water self-priming submersible jet aerator can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:

1. The maximum medium temperature should not exceed 40℃

2. The pH value of the medium is between 5 and 9

3. The medium density does not exceed 1150kg/m3

Remark

The air intake and oxygenation capacity in the table are test values under standard test conditions (20°C water temperature, air pressure 101.325KPa), the aerator diving depth is 3 meters, and the test medium is clean water. If the diving depth air intake volume is greater than the value in the table, the user needs to provide the diving depth and air intake volume so that the company can design and provide optimized equipment.
 In moderate sewage, the oxygenation capacity should be multiplied by 0.85 as the design basis.


Installation

Deep water self-priming submersible jet aerators are installed in two types: auto-coupling and movable. They have the characteristics of flexible installation location and low cost.
