Solution: increase the submerged depth; Select the equipment suitable for the pool volume; Re-reinforce the guide rod support; Increase equipment spacing or set anti-interference board; Replace the damaged impeller.

Excessive load current

Reason: strong viscosity or high concentration of liquid; Rotation direction is wrong; Impeller obstruction; The guide hood interferes with the impeller.

Solution: Use high-power equipment; Change the rotation direction; Remove debris on the impeller; Adjust the clearance between impeller and fairing.

Abnormal noise

Reason: the guide hood and impeller interference; The bearing is damaged.

Solution: Adjust the gap between the impeller and the fairing; Replace damaged bearings.

Seal failure

Cause: Mechanical seal wear, resulting in the sealing cavity water.

Solution: Check and replace the worn mechanical seal parts to ensure the sealing performance of the sealing chamber.

Second, electrical failure

Motor does not respond or does not start

Cause: The power line contact is poor; The motor is damp or water; There is debris blocked inside the motor; The fuse is blown.

Solution: Check the power line and reconnect; Ensure that the motor is dry and free of debris; Replace the blown fuse.

Stator overtemperature alarm

Cause: the load current is too large; Electronic overtemperature alarm device is damaged; The motor is damaged.

Solution: Check the load and reduce the load appropriately; Replace the damaged electronic overtemperature alarm device; Check motor performance and repair or replace it if necessary.

Third, operation failure

Poor mixing effect

Cause: improper mixing speed setting; There are dead corners in the mixing tank; The mixing medium is not uniform.

Solution: Adjust the mixing speed to the appropriate range; Optimize the mixing tank design to eliminate dead corners; Make sure the mixing medium is evenly mixed.

Equipment clogging

Reason: the stirring medium contains a large number of solid particles or fiber materials; Agitator design is not reasonable, easy to accumulate debris.

Solution: Clean the mixer and its surrounding area regularly to prevent the accumulation of debris; Optimize blender design to reduce clogging risk.

Fourth, other faults

Oil chamber leak alarm

Solution: Change the oil and check it again after 3 weeks. If the current situation persists, check the mechanical seal section.

Bearing overheating

Reasons: insufficient lubrication or lubricating oil deterioration; Bearings are improperly installed or damaged.

Solution: check and replenish or replace the lubricating oil; Reinstall or replace damaged bearings.
